Allison Brae Ireton is a founding partner of Huron Valley Law Associates. She maintains a broad practice that spans multiple areas, including Estate Planning, Bankruptcy, Family Law, and Criminal Law. Her practice also extends to landlord-tenant and other small business matters like employment contracts, discrimination, and workers’ compensation.
Prior to founding Huron Valley Law Associates, Allison worked in a large Detroit law firm, where she represented health care corporations, physicians and other health care professionals, and individuals with large estates. Since 2011, Ms. Ireton has tailored her individual practice toward individuals and small businesses. She worked with the Washtenaw County Public Defender’s office, where she handled hundreds of misdemeanor criminal cases. Ms. Ireton has won non-guilty verdicts in both bench and jury trials. She has appeared in many Michigan trial courts and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Allison Ireton graduated
, magna cum laude in the top 10% of her class from the Ave Maria School of Law in 2006. While in law school, she was an editor of the law review and received numerous awards for her academic performance. She was a Michigan State Moot Court champion in 2005 and 2006.
